Eliminating errors can lead to proper treatment and less side effects. The continuous assessment, intervention and care plan of the patient should be done and crossed checked as this will enhance the quality of care.

The proper dose calculation such that multiple checking should be done, it includes the dose calculation should be rechecked by the pharmacist once it has been calculated by nurse. The route of administration of drug should be chooses according to the patient's condition and effective methods.

At some of the points, JC and AHRQ strategies has performed many changes as regarding patient safety, informed consent, patient's privacy etc. are being improved.
