Seatbelt safety is very important to each individual who are driving car, people who are travelling in the car and be it on the flight.It also includes for children while journeying in the car.

Interventions and Why:

• Assess the knowledge level among the people regarding the importance of Seat belt safety among the people.
• Create an awareness among the people regarding seatbelt safety through the audio visual aids.
• Explain the importance of seatbelt safety of infants and children among parents, to tell them to fasten the belt after placing them in their children seat.
• Showing them the statistical data of accidents caused because of not fastening thheir seat belts may be it in the car or travel in the flight.
• Revealing to them the statistical data of injuries caused because of not fastening their seat belts.
• Penalty or penalising people if not fastening their seat belts while driving should be done to prevent accidents, injuries, or to persuade them to fasten their seat belts.
• Ignorance of not fastening the seatbelts may cause death of a loved one this has to be emphasized among the people.
• Performing role play, Mime, dramas can actually enlighten people to know the importance of Seatbelt safety.
