Variable cost = (Cost at highest activity - Cost at lowest activity) /(Highest activity-Lowest activity)

= (5150-2550)/(800-300)

= 6.50

Totsl fixed cost = Total cost - Variable cost

= 5150 - (700*6.50)

= 600
