Fetus is a human being with full moral status and have rights to live. A fetus is the unborn offspring of an animal that develops from an embryo. A human being refers to a biologically human entity,and human person constitute a moral category. A human being does not become a person at a particular stage of development following fertilization. The terms zygot, embryo, and fetus describe stages of biological human development.
If the fetus is a person, with the same right to life as any human being who has been born, it would seem that very few, if any , abortion could be justified, because it is not morally permissible to kill children becouse they are unwanted or illegitimate or disabled. However, the morality of abortion is not necessarily settled so straight forwardly.
Moral status is not a new concept. The moral status of fetal and now embryonic human life commands attention becouse it questions of sex, identity, faith, humanity,and healing. Fetus is a human being with full moral status. Fetus is valuable that it should be treated with special regards. Understanding the moral status of the fetus, and how this might develop overtime, is a key part of what the philosophical problem of abortion is all about. We all are used to thinking that our moral status is due to our intrinsic nature, such as our abilities to think, feel or reason, rather than arbitary circumstances such as how advanced our society is.
