Ans) Defining public policy as a system of "courses of action, regulatory measures, laws, and funding priorities concerning a given topic promulgated by a governmental entity or its representatives." Public policy is commonly embodied in "constitutions, legislative acts, and judicial decisions."

Examples of Public policy:

Criminal Justice: death penalty, drug policy, and gun control.

- Health policy refers to decisions, plans, and actions that are undertaken to achieve specific health care goals within a society. - Employee health and safety policies
- Security
- Data privacy and IT security
- Drug handling
- Administrative and HR policies
