Earth's atmosphere contains nitrogen gas, oxygen gas, argon gas, carbon dioxide gas, water vapor and small amount of other gases.

we have

% of CO2 = 0.039 %

and

% of argon gas = 0.93 %

water vapor = 1.0 %

thus

% of N2 and O2 gas = 100 - (1.0 + 0.93 + 0.039) = 98.03 %

option (a) 78 %; 21 % (answer)
