Answer: Due to inability of cooking food, and improper food intake leads to lack of Nutrition in the body. This malnutrition leads to muscles fatigue, tiredness as well as it will give invitation to many of the diseases. Weight loss, thyroid problems etc are common in this case where there is no proper diet is taken.

He can optimise the use of junk foods and can replace it by home made easy foods such as fish fry which mainly contain most of the nutrients which is essential for the body. He can take sprouted grams in the morning along with vegetables. Boiled eggs contain sufficient amount of Protein needed for a human body. Whole grain breads which can be better substitute for many things. These foods will enhance his diet and make him fit.
