A Pizza delivery chain advertises that they will deliver your pizza in no more than 20 minutes from when the order is placed. Being a skeptic, you decide to round up a few friends to test and see if the delivery time is actually more than 20minutes on average. For the 15 friends who recorded the amount of time it takes for their pizza to be delivered, the average is 22.5 minutes with a standard deviation of 4.3 minutes. Perform a hypothesis test using a 0.05 level of significance.
