Answer: There can be many approaches to make health care system more effective and provide more efficient care as many new approaches are being made such as development in the technologies, which can make treatment more easier.

Many research are being conducted on many of the diseases and its treatment so it helps the healthcare professionals to take better care of the patients. Now adays hospital as well as most of the healthcare professionals rely on the evidence based practice method to provide more precise care to the patient. All the people are working together to form a better chain of health care system where providing ore prestige to the patient. The hospital should atleast reduce the working hours of the nurses as they mostly get exhausted while taking continuous care of the patient, which results into lack of proper treatment and care.

The advantages and need based model of demand are as it helps in determining the targeted number of health care professionals and to help them provide the desirable level of the healthcare.

The disadvantage includes that sometimes the expectations didn't meet with the planned model as where the demand is more but production is less. Providing intensive care is difficult in the need-to-know based model of demand.
