1) Communication is defined as a process of transmitting ideas,information and concepts from one individual to other person. Communication is done through verbal means, non verbal gestures. Non verbal is a process of transmitting information without using any written or spoken words. The message delivered in non verbal communication are body language,eye contact, sign language.

The effectiveness of activity of the program can be evaluated by:

- Nodding of head ,shrug of the shoulders,facial expression, this act emphasize patient agree the effectiveness of the daycare program. A written feedback can be obtained to identify the effectiveness of the program.

2) Community refers to group of people connected together based on geographic location and interest. Community participation is an important component to achieve the goal. Community engagement is a complex one. Levels of community engagement includes sharing information with each other and the information exchange is sone in two ways. Line of communication is maintained to transmit information, setting plans and acting together to achieve the goal.

The level of engagement can assessed based on the attitude and interest of the individual. Face to face interview can conduct to evaluate the level of engagement.
