1) How ABC country schools (private and public) score in terms of educational outcome?

Answer: It is expected that private schools will score more in terms of educational outcome as because students who take admission in private schools are been provided with first-class facilities as they charge a very high fees comparatively and the basic needs of the students are been met as they come from a financially stable family.

Whereas, public schools charge very minimal cost. These schools are expect to make the students literate even if they come from a very poor background.

2) Why it is important for ABC country to promote education?

Education is an important factor in nation building process. It helps the nation to innovate new things and create a greater vision which helps to speed up the economic growth. It is said, an educated person earns more and provide a greater role in the developmental process as compared to an uneducated person.

3) What methods could be used in order to estimate the returns to education by building more schools?

Method that could be used in order to estimate the returns to education by building more schools: estimating the earnings of the educated people in future.
