So records are information sent, received, created in connection to your business activities which can be in digital or in paper format. It is important to maintain records as it ensure that institutional records of vital historical, fiscal, and legal value are identified and preserved and non-essential records are discarded as per the guidelines described by the legislation. Labyrinth of regulation to access the records is all about the right of the information available in connection to the discuss record and how the same is to be presented as the information you need is easily accessible. While sharing the information in terms of records in public appropriate action to protect the records authenticity, reliability, integrity, and usability as their business context and requirements for management change over time.

Since the records are sensitive in nature so its very important to keep it safe and share only the required information after taking proper approval from management as organization is completely responsible and accountable of keeping records on track. Record management is a vital part of any business. If the same is implemented properly it will improve the business workflow. It helps in increasing accountability and improving compliance and right handling of the documents allows serving batter in the market and ensuring that your customer is happy. Management of records ensure that authoritative evidence of business is created, captured, managed and made accessible to those who need it, for as long as it is required. Maintaining records helps in improving transparency, maintaining effective policy formation, maintaining business risk, protection of rights and obligations of organizations and individuals.
