The biggest advantage of genetic engineering and CRISPR type technology is that it can be used to fight critical diseases and give extended life while developing specific characteristics in the person, plant or animal. So, this technology becomes a boon in this way that many genetic problems can be resolved.

2.

The biggest scare is that genetic engineering and the CRISPR technology can be used to develop clones and it will create a warning to diversity. It will start with the cloning of endangered species, attracting ethical issues to the cloning of human beings. It will be harmful for the human beings and civil societies at large that it is interfering with the diversification process of nature.

3.

My stewardship will impact future trends in health care management as follows:

A.  The development of technology that improves the outcome of health care and success rate increases.

B. More ethical use of technology such as CRISPR and genetic engineering to get those products that are more beneficial for the human kind.

C. Direction of research & development will be to improve health care management so that it will reach to the more people and in different locations.
