Proteins are large macromolecules which are synthesised by reaction between various long chain of amino acid residues...The condensation reaction occurs between different amino acids. Removal of water molecule occur by reaction between N-terminal of one amino acid residue and C-terminal of other and a peptide bond is formed.

The facts true about protein synthesis are :-
