ANS) The major purpose or the aim of the healthy people initiative is to enhance our nations health and welfare.In each decade these science based plans and quantifiable goals are inspected,modernized and utilized by confederated governments,states,districts and lots of different agencies to observe development and to focus,reduce and avoid health difficulties.The FDA or Food and Drug Administration is really playing a management duty in food security and nutrition for the development of a health people.

Some of the major purpose of the healthy people initiative are,

Entry to health services for all individuals,development of standard of the environment,reduction of harm and brutality,Development of reproductive and sexual well-being,reduction of tobacco usage,development of oral wellness and also the improvement of child health.

Moreover we can say that the healthy people initiative also helped to reduce the health disparities.In the case of Healthy people 2010,the aim was mainly to decrease the health disparities.But the objectives of the Healthy people 2020 is increased to a wider areas like,Attaining health justice,Abolish disparities and to enhance the health of each and every communities.

So in this the attaining of health justice needs evaluating every individuals in the same manner with concentrated and continuing social struggles to address preventable inequities,ancient and modern inequities and the eradication of heath disparities.We can say that the health disparities will unfavorably upset the individuals of communities who have gone through larger barriers to health due to their cultural category,age,sex,disorders,faith community and locality etc...
