Binomial approximation to Hypergeometric

If n is small compared with N. then the hypergeometric distribution can be approximated using the binomial distribution.

The rule of thumb is that this is valid if (nN) <= 0.05. In this case, we can use the binomial distribution with parameters n and p=s/N
