Answer: The social marketing programs in public health is affected by many factors such as product, price, place and promotion. For the public health promotion it is important to make people aware of the importance of the healthcare. The campaign organised for the public awareness involves much cost. Influencing people with some of the strategies and making them to believe in power of healthy living is one of the difficult task.

Due to multiple culture and beliefs people are not ready to accept the proper treatment or some of the way to change their life style into healthy living. Sometimes many of the medications they do not take due to their beliefs. To enhance the current knowledge about the health care among people, social marketing is one of the best way. The approaches to remove the hurdles can be done by educating more and more people about the benefits and disadvantages of the things.
