Geriatrician has more challenging job than pediatrics. older population increasing more than pediatric, geriatric needs both physical and emotional support but pediatric need only physical support. there will be a lot of issues for providing older adult care, it will be complex process and need supervision, support, legal decision making, and health care. It makes caregivers under stress due to responsibility, issues and isolations they also involve the emotional and physical burden. older adults' illness and their life-threatening conditions should focus on the quality of life.positive aspects of caregiving disempowerment make more challenges to carry out caregiver workers. it needs professional work and older family members' support as a caregiver experience feeling stress and exhaustion.
In addition to health care, they need financial support, emotional support, medicational support and other support resources like ADL, and ethical follow-up, family support to strengthen the physical, social and behavioral effects of aging when they are seriously ill physically and mentally.
