Vulnerable population:
Vulnerable population includes economically disadvantaged, racial, ethnic minority, the uninsured, low income population, elderly, homeless, people with HIV and people with mental illnesses.
Factors categorized as vulnerable:
1. Physical factors( physically handicapped)
2. Economical factor ( low income population)
3. Social factors ( lack of social factors)
4. Poverty
5. Elderly people
6. Children's
7. Minority race
8. Homeless people
9. Uninsured population
10. Population with chronic illness
