Billing Charge:-

It means the amount charged for a particular service being delivered to the patient. It is based on the no of hours and doctors involved.

Accounts receivable:-

The services delivered but the payment not received is parked under this head, once the payment is received the same is shown under Billing Charge head

Contractual adjustment:-

This involves medi claim and insurance options in which the patient takes the service and later the payment is received from the insurance company/medi cliam
