Acute kidney injury occurs due to trauma or any other disease progress. patient may have signs and symptoms of flank pain, nausea, vomiting, tenderness, bleeding in the urine, etc. diagnostic test includes X-ray, urinalysis, MRI scan, ultrasound, CT scan. It needs immediate medical treatment because this bruise became serious complications that cause internal bleeding and leads to kidney failure. patient needs complete blood rest, close observation, administration of fluids to maintain blood pressure, monitor patient intake and output if it is uncontrolled bleeding that needs surgery.
