Anawer : B) vaccine is excellent one because of high immunisation rate .

First , no vaccine is 100% effective to make vaccines safer than the disease ,the bacteria or virus is killed or attenuated .for reasons related to individual such as health status ,life style ,environment ,susceptibility etc ,not all vaccinated persons develop immunity against that particular disease. most routine child hood vaccines are effective 80- 90 % of recipient .
