Without using activities and using activities, the value of molar solubilities is almost the same I guess.
So, without using activities, the molar solubility of AgCl can be calculated as follows.
Ksp of AgCl = [Ag+][Cl-]
Here, [Cl-] = [NaCl] = 0.05 F or 0.05 M
And Ksp = 1.8*10-10
i.e. 1.8*10-10 = [Ag+] * 0.05
i.e. [Ag+] = 3.6*10-9
Therefore, the molar solubility of AgCl in 0.05 F NaCl is 3.6*10-9 M
Note: M = F = mol/L
