Stress management plan for my friend for 7days :-
She is Master's in Commerce and now a days she is at home because she is not getting a proper job according to her profession . This is the cause for her stress and it has been 1year after her completion of master's.
My plan is to use the stress management tools which matches with her interests or habits .
As she wakes ups early and also she like doing it so ,Yoga and meditation is the chief tool I would use for her in the morning and in the afternoon after having lunch she can read novels to relax herself and it is also one of her interests .
In the evening she can go for a walk in the nearby park and listen some melody music and then hair massage for 30mins
Morning 5am to 6am = Yoga
6am to 7 am = meditation
After that household work and then after having lunch
By 3pm to 4pm = reading novels and other books
By 6pm to 7pm = walk in the park and listening music along with it and then hair massage for 30 mins
After that she can learn is study something related to her course
All these to be done for continuous 7 days and then evaluate her stress
All the tools used her provide two benefits :-
- improve health
- stress reduction
Which will help her to concentrate nicely on her studies and will help her to give her best in the interviews.
