According to the given situation, at the employee satisfaction level. Both methods, Quantitative and Qualitative methods work as per the structured organization in the market. The two most commonly used quantitative data analysis methods are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.

Descriptive Statistics

It is the first level of analysis. This statistics helps the researchers to collect the data and find various patterns. Descriptive statistics provide absolute numbers to the researchers.  A few commonly used descriptive statistics are:

  • Mean
  • Median
  • Mode
  • Range
  • Frequency
  • Percentage

It is the most helpful when the research is limited to the sample and doesn't engage with a large number of people.

Qualitative data analysis works differently than quantitative data. It is mostly used in the exploratory research and analysis for qualitative research often begins as soon as the data is available according to the researcher. The most commonly used Qualitative data analysis methods are:

  • Discourse analysis
  • Content analysis
  • Narrative analysis
  • Grounded theory

2)

Once a sampling method has been determined, the researcher must consider the sample size on the very first basis. This is very first view when there is no entry of any new data. Therefore, qualitative studies are critical that data collection and analysis are occurring generally so that the researcher will know when the saturation point is reached.

The researcher should carefully research the papers and documents related to the research question. The researcher should have to select an appropriate group of people and audience for the questionnaire.

3)

Non-sampling error is the error that arises in a data collection process as a result of factors other than taking a sample while on the other hand, Non-sampling errors have the potential to cause bias in polls, surveys or samples.

The impact of sampling and non-sampling errors on the interpretation of research finding is very deep. There is a number of errors that would impact upon the sampling size. In research, once data is collected, the next step is to get insights from it.

This shows how the researchers go from a mass of data to meaningful insights. It is important to understand that the saturation point may occur prematurely if the researcher has a narrow sampling frame. To find out the errors researchers would need to pick a random sample of completed surveys and validate the collected data.
