This is based on "Nitrogen Rule" which states that molecules having odd number of nitrogen will have odd m/z values and molecule having even number of nitrogen will have even m/z values

Note : molecules which does not have nitrogen should be counted as '0' nitrogen which is again a even number hence its m/z will also be even

so among the choices 1 and 4 contains 0 nitrogen hence even

Option 3 contains 2 nitrogen which is even

only option left is option B which contain 1 nitrogen which is odd hence it will have odd m/z values
