1. Physician suspect hyperthyroidism because there was unintentional weight loss. Her diet and exercise didn't change still she was experiencing weight loss. She is also having sleep disorders. She is also having high heart rate and tremors in hand. Her neck is also having enlargement.

2. In hyperthyroidism there is over activation of thyroid gland and there is excess production of thyroid hormone. Since thyroid hormone regulates metabolism so in hyperthyroidism there is excess of thyroxine which causes weight loss.

3. The doctor can ask for blood tests which includes knowing the level of thyroid hormones T3 and T4 with the levels of TSH.

4. She is having sleep disorders. She is having tremors. She is having high heart rate. She also overreacts for slight things.
