Interest = 700000*12%/2 = 42000

Discount rate = 10%/2 = 5%

No. of periods = 5 yrs * 2 = 10 periods (semi annual)

Issue price of the bond = (42000*7.72173) + (700000*0.61391)

= $754049.66
