For molecule to be chiral, there must a chiral center present.

Chiral center is that atom which is bonded to 4 different atom.

Upper 2 carbon are bonded to two hydrogen each.

So, they are not chiral.

2 carbon on side are double bonded to oxygen atom. Since they are forming only 3 bonds, they are not chiral.

N has 1 lone pair and 1 Br. But other 2 bonds are symmetric. So, N is also not a chiral centre.

Answer: no
