Solution:

The fluoroscence intensity depends upon the molar extinction coefficient, optical pathlength and solute concentrations. In dillute solutions, the fluoroscence intensity is lineraly proportional to above mentioned parameters. When the absorptivity of the fluoroscent ample is higher than 0.05, then the fluoroscent intensity shows non-linerar behaviour and thetefore, measurement becomes distorted.
