In reactant we have:

1 Cl-Cl bond

1 F-F bond

In product we have:

2 Cl-F bond

Use:

Delta H = BE(reactant) - BE(product)

-108 = BE(Cl-Cl) + BE(F-F) - 2*BE(Cl-F)

-108 = 239 + 159 - 2*BE(Cl-F)

2*BE(Cl-F) = 506

BE(Cl-F) = 253 KJ

Answer: 253
