Degree of financial leverage = EBIT / EBT

Degree of combined leverage = (Sales - Variable cost) / EBT
= (3,150,000 - 1,575,000) / 967,500
= 1.6279 Or 1.63

d)

Break even point in units = Fixed costs / (sales price per unit - variable cost per unit)
= 550,000 / (90 - 45)
= 550,000 / 45
