Here some of the other assessment are

• GCS ( Glasco coma scale- to assess neurological status)
• Vital signs ( Temperature ,Pulse ,Respiration, Blood pressure- alteration occurs here when body has any problem)
• SPo2( to know the oxygen saturation)
• Any bruises,swelling,cyanosis
• HRCT to assess the lungs
• ECG
• Basic blood investigation ( CBC,Sr creatinine, RBS)
• Assess for any fracture
