Workers compensation incident is the medical benefits to the injured employee which occurred in work place as an accident.

Role of non management staff have not much authority to proceed the workers compensation benefits.only can guide the employee.

But the role of management is wide.The management have the team for this programme.It includes CEO, Insurance officer,Finance manager,Medical officer and representative from employee.The overall role of the management is select the good insurance benefits provider, check whether it will benefit to the organization , In case of employee accident initially check the accident is due to work related not self induced or due to ingestion of drugs or alcohol at work time.

Admit the employee to the health care.Get the documents regarding his accident at work place and cost of treatment and duration of hospital stay.Claim the insurance by provided hospital bills.Give leave to the employee under sickness benefit scheme.This is the brief overall responsibility of the management.The finance manager will make benefits to the organization by Good selection of insurance providers.Maintains the individual employee monthly pay for the workers compensation. The insurance officer will get the needed papers from the employee,proceed with claim process.medical officer will provide first aid and give certification regards the injury is due to work related and ensures not due to intake of drugs or alcohol.Employee representative can make a move if organization not taking action for workers compensation and CEO will coordinate all roles and provides approval from the organization.Recommandations are organization will conduct a accident prevention programme and work place safety programme.Make arrangements for triage team and first aid.These will reduce the accidents at work place.
