i.e 334 joules of heat is required for the fusion of 1 gm of ice.

For 28 gms of ice, the amount of heat absorbed is 334*28 = 9352 joules = 9.35 KJ

The amount of heat absorbed to melt all of the ice at 0o C = 9.35 KJ
