H-BONDING interaction create a polymer with high melting point. H-BONDING is strong non-covalent interaction between groups, this interaction is much stronger than other interactions like dispersion, Dipole-Dipole dipole and dipole-dipole interaction. As interaction increases, more energy is needed to melt a polymer this high melting point.
