Rule for radius

It decreases on going to right from left and it increases from top to down.

As>P  

Cl- > Cl as negative charge repiulsion increases size.

Na> Mg

Cr> Cr3+ as +ve charge decreases size.

Se2- > Br- both are isoelectronic but -ve charge density higher for Se

Isoelectronic pairs means same no. of electrons Se2- and Br-
