            * If the person exercise more than oxygen supplying ability

              of the body then it become considered as a anaerobic respiration.

            * In this energy requirement of muscle meet by energy stored in the

               muscles of the body through glycolysis.

            * In glycolysis process glycogen in the muscle converted to form glucose.

            * Glycolysis process occur in the muscle cells at the time of anaerobic exercises

               not use oxygen due to the need of rapid production of energy.

            * This process cause production of lactic acid as a by product and it result in muscle

               fatigue.
