RPE is Rate of Perceived Exertion. It is a way for one to quickly record how difficult a set is. From rpe reported, the intensity of exercise was more for harry and he needs to get trained more. There may be less recovery time between work periods/sets with muscular endurance and anaerobic fitness training, therefore heart rates tend to be higher.
