We know,

w = 16.8 rad/s

tangential speed

v = rw = 1.2 * 16.8 m/s = 20.16 m/s

b)

We know,

W2 = 200

5 Ꮎ =

16.82 2 *5.6 rad

A= 25.2 rad

one rev =2\pi rad

Therefore 25.2 rad = 4 revolutions approx

c)

Centripetal force = mv2/r = 7.5 * 20.162 / 1.2 = 2540.16 N

Since the hammer was in horizontal motion tension = centripetal force = 2540.16 N
