(A) A solid with a high elastic modulus has a stiff interatomic bonds that is higher the modulus of elasticity , higher is the stiffness of the bond.

(B) ICE = 273K, QUARTZ = 1873K and DIAMOND = 4200K

Modulus of material changes with respect to temperature ( when the temperature of material changes , the atomic thermal vibration changes dues to this the changes of lattic potential energy and curvature of potential energy curve so its leads to change in modulus)

MODULUS IS DECREASES WITH INCREASE IN TEMPERATURE.

So, higer modulus for Lower temperature ., that is ICE.
