By responding the co-worker in this manner will help the leader to gain his trust and He /she will not feel offended which when is very important because when you are leading a team every member is important and their combined effort will make the plan successful.

In order to doing so other Co worker will also get the chance to speak because everyone is different and their approach for solution of a problem is also different. By doing this the leader will be able to gain more ideas and when the team leader gives chance to everyone then every co-worker tries to give its best and making any plan successful.
