The density factor (D.F.) or displacement value of a drug is defined as the quantity of drug which displaces 1 part of base. It is calculated as the ratio of density between drug and base.

D.F. = density of drug / density of base

A density factor 0.75 means, each 0.75 g of drug displace 1.0 g of base.

Therefore, the answer is 0.75 g of drug.
