Standard deviation means deviation of scores from mean value. Here we can see that,

In Class A, Maximum deviation = Max [(85-83), (87-85)] = 2

In Class B, Maximum deviation = Max [(75-43), (100-75)] = 32

So, The Standard Deviation of scores was higher in class B. Hence, Option I is appropriate conclusion.

Median is the middle value when the scores are arranged in either ascending or descending order. So, we can not clearly say that median score was higher in class B.
