Cardiac diseases is one of the second most leading cause for death of the many individuals including all the age group from the infants to geriatric population. The cardiac diseases comprises of ischemic heat diseases like myocardial infarction, hypertension and congenital diseases like septal defects. The cause of this diseases may be extrinsic factors like environment and occupation stress etc and intrinsic factors like diet hereditary.

the current cardiac service based on the community population and its use for the hospital are:

• development for acute care service
• improving the diagnostic and investigative procedure.
• manage the patients admitted with best possible service
• analyse the outcome and dangers of the current condition and plan for secondary prevention
• easy and quick access to the services
• collaboration with other services for effective treatment plan

the future cardiac service are

• provide free clinic service that helps to reduce the fatality and diagnose the condition at the earliest.
• heart failure service for both out and in patient
• prevention program for readmission.
• advancement for the therapeutic services
• multidisciplinary training program
• funding
