Nursing care facilities :

These are the special health care facility providing centers in order to provide medical care, professional care by nursing staff, and they provide some of the therapies like physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, audiotherapy by physicians, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, audiologist ect.

* these nursing care facilities are need to be who didn't need hospital seviece, but the care is not sufficient by home care, that type of people need nursing care facilities.

* different nursing health care facilities :

Hospitals : hospitals are the primary nursing care facilities, because here all the services can available like emergency and as well as normal care.

Ambulatory surgical centers : these are some type of surgeries there is no need to stay In hospital, that day it self they can go there home. Like hydrocele procedures.

Assisted living : with the help of the nursing personnel the clients may live.

Skilled nursing facility : these facilities are provide all health care and nursing care to the clients.

Continuous care retirement community : they will provide the rest for their life and they will provide independent care, assistence care to them in order to meet the needs of clients.

Pros or advantages:

* the peoples or clients can get the skilled nursing care.

* it will be provided by the registered and licensed persons.

* the clients will get nursing care like daily activities of grooming, bathing , medication reminders etc.

* the nurses have the technological knowledge regarding usage of new medical equipment.

Cons or disadvantages :

* these are expensive, they need to spend more money.

* these homes some times causes depression to the clients.

* the clients will feel lack of independence and freedom in some times.

* some times they may get less quality of care.
