Yes, the services have a legal responsibility to develop an individualized plan for all the people because every individual is different from eachother and they have different thinking and method of living. It is not mandatory to include all the programs as individualized but some plans should be individualized according to the individual's wishes.

2. The organizational policy and procedure that has been breached here are religious preferences and the confidentiality of an individual has been hampered by the staffs of the organisation.

3. Yes there has been breach of duty towards leeny by the staff of that particular organisation as his wishes has been neglected and his confidentiality has been hampered. Also his wish has been neglected.

4. Leeny's human rights during these situation is that he can sue the staffs and the organisation for breaking his confidentiality rights and for forcing him into the act of other religious activities.

5. No, the staff has not supported Lenny's rights as they have not respected his cultural and religious preferences as well as his confidentiality has been avoided.

6. The strategies needed to be in place to guide the staff in relation to the cultural diversity issues are:

- the staff should be given proper training on how to accept the people from other religions.

- they should always be given a guideline booklet inorder to make them follow it as they keep doing their services.

7. The mechanisms that Lenny has in he aged care sector that are opened to him in regard to having his issues addressed is that he can go and complain about the staffs who has breached his care and his rights to the authorities.
