3. Sherrie should report to the higher authority if she suspects a child is at risk of physical harm or his been physically harmed. Also should take steps to prevent the child from harm and abuse .

4. Again Sherrie should report it to the incharge and higher authority if any child discloses an incident of child neglect or abouse to her in confidence alongwith maintenance of confidentiality .

5. The ethical and legal requirements that Sherrie should comply with regarding information sources she accesses and uses in her workplaces is maintaining confidentiality , treating everyone equally , being accountable and responsible , being trustworthy and faithful .

6. Sherrie is required to make ethical decision making when their is any conflict of interests and cases of negligence and child abuse .
