Wealthy capitalists do funding to the interest groups and rights groups who work for the issues of the capitalists and lobby to the law makers. These lawmakers work to design and pass the legislation that can address the concerns of the wealthy capitalists. Now, these capitalists have a legal system that has laws, favoring the concerns of the wealthy capitalists and these capitalists achieve the objectives with the legal system.

These capitalists also do funding to the political parties and political campaigns of the specific candidates. Once these candidates get elected, then they propose those policies and agenda that work more to the favor of the wealthy capitalists. Hence, these wealthy capitalists also affect the political system and build relations with the political parties. Now, political system and legal system are influenced by the wealthy capitalists , by purposeful & intentional funding and then, manipulating the people, managing these systems.
