20 Ans: D, By double spacing paragraphs and single spacing lists, one can make the documents easy to read on mobile devices. Also keeping small paragraphs and summary along with heading would help.

21 Ans: B, Using string of nouns as a heading is a bad idea because it makes the heading ambiguous. Clustering noun can turn all but last noun into adjective and hence ambiguity.
